Ingredients And procedure:
- 1 Dates, remove the seed.
- 1 single piece of the whole Garlic.
- Small piece of Ginger.
- Small piece of Turmeric. (Raw would be nice.)
- 3 Small elaichi (Cardamom)
- Few Saunf (Fennel seeds)
- Add some Honey.
