Ingredients And procedure:

  • 1 Dates, remove the seed.
  • 1 single piece of the whole Garlic.
  • Small piece of Ginger.
  • Small piece of Turmeric. (Raw would be nice.)
  • 3 Small elaichi (Cardamom)
  • Few Saunf (Fennel seeds)
  • Add some Honey.

Let it be overnight. And After workout at morning, eat that nicely in `Mandukasana."
